The Secretary of State's Office offers a number of services that support citizens and business entities in the Commonwealth, including acting as the agent for
service of process in cases involving foreign corporations and non-resident motorists.
The Office of Administration also houses the
Kentucky Land Office, which maintains historical land records, and performs
executive services, maintaining the executive journal and seals of the Commonwealth and the Secretary of State.
The Office of Administration also offers an electronic
notification service that alerts subscribers when documents are filed and/or amended.
