Welcome to the Office of the Secretary of State’s Bulk Data Service. This service allows authorized subscribers the ability to download business and UCC records on file with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This service provides the following premium features:
Business Records
- Full corporate database provided monthly
- Full corporate officers and principals provided monthly NEW!
- New corporate filings provided weekly and daily NEW!
- New corporate officers and changes to corporate officers provided daily NEW!
- Changes to corporate records provided daily Improved!
UCC Filings
- Full UCC Filing database provided monthly
- New UCC Filings provided weekly and daily NEW!

How do I subscribe to this service? |

Subscribing to this service is easy, simply register with Kentucky.gov and complete the Kentucky.gov Subscriber Agreement. Once your subscriber agreement has been processed Kentucky.gov will contact you and let you know your access is setup. Please note that subscribers using this service for commercial purposes will be charged a monthly subscription fee for access to the service. Specific questions concerning the subscription service may best be answered by calling Kentucky.gov at 502-875-3733.

Is there a cost for this service? |

Commercial Use Subscribers
Subscribers to this service who are using the information for a commercial purpose will be required to pay a monthly subscription fee for the available record types as follows:
Business Records - $2000.00 monthly subscription fee
UCC Filings - $1,500.00 monthly subscription fee
UCC Images - $300.00 monthly subscription fee
Commercial Use Subscribers will only be charged a monthly subscription fee for the record types they specify in their subscriber agreement. Changes to record types can be made by amending a subscriber agreement.
Non-Commercial Use Subscribers Subscribers to this service who are using the information for research purposes or other non-commercial purposes will not be required to pay the monthly subscription fee. Should use of the service change to commercial use the appropriate commercial use fee will be applied to your request.

How does the download work? |
|
To use this service you will be required to login and once successfully authenticated subscribers will be presented with the record types they are authorized to access. Each record type has various data files available for download and to access a particular file simply click on it to initiate the download. Subscribers will have the option to login as often as needed to access the files.

What are the specific files available for download? |
|
The following is a description for all of the data files available for download through this service. Depending on your subscription settings you may or may not actually have access to all of the files listed below.
Business Entity Data
All Companies- This file contains a listing of all companies on file with the Secretary of State and is updated the first day of each month.
All Initial Officers- This file contains a listing of all original company officers associated with a business registered with the Secretary of State and is updated the first day of each month.
All Officers- This file contains a listing of all officers on file with the Secretary of State including current and previous officers associated with a business. This file is updated the first day of each month.
New Companies Weekly- This file contains a listing of all the new companies registered with the Secretary of State during a specific weekly date range. The files are generated each Monday.
New Company Officers Weekly- This file contains a listing of all the new company officers registered with the Secretary of State during a specific weekly date range. The files are generated each Monday.
New Companies- This file contains a listing of all the new companies registered with the Secretary of State on a specific date. The file is generated daily.
New Company Officers- This file contains a listing of all the initial officers declared when a business is originally registered with the Secretary of State on a specific date. This file is generated daily.
Company Changes- This file contains a listing of all businesses that have changes on a specific date. The file is generated daily. Changes consist of things such as address changes, registered agent changes, officer changes, status changes, etc.
Company Officer Changes- This file contains a listing of all new officers associated with a company registered with the Secretary of State on a specific date. The file is generated daily.
UCC Filing Data
All UCC Filings- This file contains a listing of all UCC Filings on record with the Secretary of State and is generated the first day of each month.
All UCC Collateral- This file contains a listing of all UCC Filing collateral descriptions on file with the Secretary of State and is updated the first day of each month.
All UCC Secured Parties and Debtors- This file contains a listing of all secured parties and debtors associated with a UCC Filing on file with the Secretary of State and is updated the first day of each month.
UCC Weekly- This file contains a listing of new UCC Filings on record with the Secretary of State for a specific week (Mon-Sun). The file is generated every Monday.
UCC Collateral Weekly- This file contains a listing of new UCC Filing collateral descriptions on file with the Secretary of State for a specific date. The file is tied to "Weekly UCC Filings." This file is updated every Monday.
UCC Secured Parties and Debtors Weekly- This file contains a listing of new secured parties and debtors associated with a UCC Filing on file with the Secretary of State for a specific week (Mon-Sun). The file is generated every Monday.
UCC Filings- This file contains a listing of new UCC Filings on record with the Secretary of State for a specific date. The file is generated daily.
UCC Collateral- This file contains a listing of new UCC Filing collateral descriptions on file with the Secretary of State for a specific date. The file is tied to "Daily UCC Filings." This file is updated daily.

Daily UCC Images- This file contains images of all the UCC Filings filed with the Secretary of State on a specific date. This file is updated daily.
