Chapter 150
An ACT to extend the time for surveying and returning Kentucky Land Office Warrants to the Register's Office.
Approved by the Kentucky General Assembly on February 5, 1849
BE it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, That the further time of five years is given to survey and return plats and certificates of Kentucky Land Office Warrants to the Register’s Office.

CHAPTER 962.
An ACT to amend the 102nd chapter of Revised Statutes.
Approved by the Kentucky General Assembly on March 10, 1854
BE it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, That from and after the passage of this act, that six months be allowed, from and after the date of the entry, for making surveys and locating land warrants under treasury warrants granted under the Revised Statutes, chapter 102, title “Treasury Warrants”; and that the plat and certificate of all surveys thus made, must be deposited in the register’s office within six months after the survey is made: Provided, that said surveys may be returned after that time; but in such case the title shall take its date from the time the patent thereon shall issue.

CHAPTER 706.
An ACT to extend the time for registering surveys founded on Kentucky Land Office Warrants.
Approved by the Kentucky General Assembly on March 10, 1856
BE it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
§ 1. That further time till the first day of January, 1860, be and the same is hereby given to register surveys founded on Kentucky Land Office warrants.
§ 2. Provided, This act shall not effect any conflicting claim.
§ 3. This act shall take effect from the date of its passage.
