Online Services

The Office of the Secretary of State has launched over twenty new online services that allow Kentuckians to interact with their government any time of day.

Many of the lastest innovations are in the business section of the site.  Visitors can now access digital images of all documents filed in the office since 1999, and more images are added to the database daily.  Online access to business forms, annual reports, and corproate certificates also became available recently.

In the elections division, the Voter Information Center was launched.  This service, which has been recognized as a national model, allows voters to check their registration, locate their polling place, find directions to that location, and determine the districts in which they live.  Voters can also view sample ballots on the site in the weeks preceding Election Day.

The office now has tracking capabilities for service of summonses, online access to enacted legislation and the Governor's Executive Journal, and countless images of historical land records from Kentucky's earliest settlers.

All services are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  More online services are currently being developed, and as always, suggestions from constituents are encouraged.
