Commonwealth Ambassador Award
The Commonwealth Ambassador Award is presented to youth (age 17 and under) who demonstrate exceptional character and citizenship through their contributions to the community, state, or nation.
The award was created to recognize young people for their involvement in their government and communities. The effort stems from the Civic Literacy Initiative of Kentucky, the nationally recognized effort that to increase civic literacy and engagement among Kentucky's youth.
