Commonwealth Ambassador Award

The Commonwealth Ambassador Award is presented to youth (age 17 and under) who demonstrate exceptional character and citizenship through their contributions to the community, state, or nation.

Secretary Grayson created this award to recognize young people for their involvement in their government and communities.  The effort stems from the Civic Literacy Initiative of Kentucky, the nationally recognized effort that Secretary Grayson leads to increase civic literacy and engagement among Kentucky's youth.
