“Our office has received a copy of the decision from the 6^th Circuit Court of Appeals and is reviewing it thoroughly to determine what action is necessary for the upcoming elections in our state.  As we consider options, we will examine every avenue that will best benefit the voters of Kentucky and our election process.  This action may include working with the legislature and governor to craft legislation to remedy any conflicts in our current law with the decision of the 6^th Circuit Court of Appeals.”
