Kentucky Businesses Against Trafficking (KBAT) is a statewide initiative by the Kentucky Secretary of State’s Office to raise awareness of trafficking and provide businesses with the resources needed to identify and report trafficking.

KBAT members have access to educational resources that help them better understand and spot trafficking.

How to Get Involved

Interested businesses can take their first step in combating trafficking in Kentucky by completing a brief application at sos.ky.gov. Upon completion, businesses will get an informational packet from the Secretary of State’s Office.

Become Informed

Share the resources provided by the Secretary of State’s Office with employees to equip them with the necessary knowledge to spot signs of human trafficking and how to take action.

Help Prevent Human Trafficking
