A JOINT RESOLUTION, enacted by the General Assembly on September 7, 2021, extended certain emergency executive actions, administrative regulations and directives. Those executive actions and administrative orders, administrative regulations, or other administrative actions not extended by the Joint Resolution are no longer in force.
Through the Joint Resolution, the General Assembly directed all executive orders, cabinet and agency orders, guidances, memoranda, directives, or actions identified therein to be forwarded to the Secretary of State's Office for prominent posting.
